Set-up:

Place cones or chairs down the middle of the floor on the split-line, free-throw line to free-throw line.
Only play between sideline and cones.
Split into two teams.
Circle team is playing offense on the left side, defense on the right side. Triangle team vice-versa.

An offensive player throws the ball in. Offense must get open. Defense attempts to deny the pass in.

Defense tries to turn the dribbler in the back court, and then push the ball to the sideline and corner.

Play 1 v 1 to the basket.
Keep total team scores.
Play for 5 minutes.
Losing team runs a penalty.

For each pair, each trip:
If the offense doesn't score, offensive player runs a sprint down-and-back.
If the defense gets scored on, the defensive player runs a sprint down-and-back.
