"Main Street" Containment Drill

Players stand opposite each other at either side of the half court line
Ball is passed from player to player as players defensive slide across the court

At any time, the nominated offensive player can put the ball on the floor
The defender must maintain a stance and contain the dribbler
Defender should contain in "main street", look to push the ball to a side and channel
