RUSSIAN LAY-UP DRILL

#1 & #5 start with a ball each.

#1 has one to two dribbles then passes 3/4 court to # 4 at the far elbow, he continues follow his pass.

At elbow extended #5 passes his ball to #1 who completes a lay-up.

#5 after passing to #1 he cuts towards the other end, #4 passes his ball (received from #1) to #5.
#5 passes the ball to #3 and follows his ball.
#2 passes the ball to #5.

4 rebounds #1 ball and goes to the end of the line while #1 replaces #4 at the elbow.
After passing to #2, #3 rebounds and goes to the end of the line while #5 replaces at the elbow.

Both sides run at the same time and a competition can occur.

Look to build up the number of balls in use.
