Players 1 and 3 have a ball. Player 3 starts the drill by shooting the ball, rebounding and then making a pass to player 2. Player 1 shoots the ball just after player 3. Player 1 will rebound his own shot and make a pass to player 3 who will have moved outside the key ready to catch and shoot the ball again.
Drill continues with the open player receiving passes off the first rebounder.

Emphasize:
- players have to really get after their shots as the drill becomes very quick
- make good, strong direct passes
- shooters to prepare early and be down ready to catch the ball and shoot
- shooters must call the name out of the rebounder so that organization is maintained.
Variation:
Play to a time limit or target score either individually or as a group.
