Coach throws the ball off the backboard.
5 collects the rebound, looking for a fast break.
5 outlets to 1, who passes ahead to 2 looking for a 3 point shot.
If the shot misses, players rebound and put the shot in.

After the basket is made, players run the fast break in the other direction:

next shooter is 4 running the middle lane, looking for a pull up jump shot, lay up or dunk.
If the shot misses, the players rebound and put the shot in.

After the basket is made, players run the fast break in the other direction:

2 makes the skip pass across to 3, (who is on the weak side) for a 3pt shot.
If the shot misses, the players rebound and put the shot in.

After the basket is made, players run the fast break in the other direction:

5 is the trailer and takes the next shot (at the top of the key or a lay-up).
If the shot misses, the players rebound and put the shot in.

The last shot is for 1, who dribbles the length of the court looking for a lay up.

Coaching Points:
A missed shot must be put in before the drill continues.
The group has 40 seconds to complete the drill.
Communication is important as the players take the shot assigned to them.
