Box 1:
Block players 3 and 4 up screen for elbow players 1 and 2, who come off the screens to the corners, and the block players open to the ball in the lane.

Note that the box can be moved such that 4 and 2 are in the middle of the lane, and 3 and 1 outside it past 5.
