Ball side elbow 1 and block 3 set a staggered screen for weak side elbow 2, who comes over the screen to the corner for a pass. Weak side block 4 sets a diagonal up screen for 1 (pick the picker), who comes off the screen down to the weak side block. 3 and 4 open to the ball after screening.
