Split the double
- Athletes begin near the half way line.
- Take two dribbles hard to the first marker, ball in right hand
- Turn 45 degrees right and take an additional two dribbles towards the free throw line extended.
- Athlete then turns towards the baseline, attacking between the two markers on the 3pt line.
- Moving quickly to the next marker, the athlete now must pick the ball up and take two steps to complete their layup.
