Players set up in a 1-4 set.

The point guard makes a pass to any wing.

Once the guard makes the pass to the wing he cuts into the paint.

The two post players then cut high, and the wing player passes to 5 then 5 to 4.

Once 4 has the ball 1 who cut backdoor will come high and screen 5 for the back door lob.

If you have a big player who is capable this could also be an alley-hoop pass.
