Dribble to the pylons; do not look at the ball.

Pick up the pylon and continue dribbling.

Put down the pylon and dribble to the midline.

Touch the midline return and move the pylons back.

Variations:
End with a lay-up.
Change hands.
Juggle the pylon while dribbling.
