Players form circle around the 3 point line. Defense runs in a circle slapping hands with offense.

Coach shoots from anywhere. Defense must communicate shot. Defense must box out player closest to them. Give points for stops, offensive rebounds, etc.

Run into your fast break and use as controlled scrimmage working on transition.
