Before this advanced drill run through or have a look at the "beat the screen drill"
Ball at top with coach or another player.
The ball could be passed at anytime then the drill becomes live 3on3. This will keep the attention of the players and make sure they cut, screen and play hard!

Offense post player come up to back screen wing, wing player makes a good backdoor cut to basket,
No pass there.
Defense must call out screens and take the step off talked about in the "beat the screen" drill

He then continues his cut to opposite wing for another backdoor screen on the other wing player.
Cutters must have a target for the pass, arm & hand out where they want the ball.
If there is still no pass.

After this coach would normally shout live and we play 3on3 live for 1 possession. And then rotate teams.
