Conditioning
Playname: Rox drill
 
This a great full court drill for conditioning, fast break and reverse offence-defense.

Minimum: 8 players
One ball

Setup:Two players in both keys, two outlets on every half (or more), two players at mid-court with a ball.

Players 01 and 02 start a 2 on 2 offense against X3 and X4.
 
In this example 01 passes to 02
 
Player 02 gets the ball and lays-up (or shoots).
 
When defense have the ball (rebound or steel):

Outlets 05 and 06 step into the court.
Rebounder 04 gives an outlet-pass to the player on the rebound-side.
 
Outlets 05 and 06 play 2 on 2 against 01 and 02 (now defenders X1 and X2).

X1 and X2 go back to play defense.
 
X3 and X4 go outlet.
 
06 shot or layup
 
X1 gives an outlet-pass to the player on the rebound-side.
 
Outlets 07 and 08 play 2 on 2 against 05 and 06 (now defenders X5 and X6).

X5 and X6 go back to play defense.
 
X1 and X2 go outlet

Continuity
 
Variation:

When the players go to offense, must pass the ball to outlet players before score.
