Play is triggered on first pass to wing.

Right after pass to wing player 4 sets a pick for player 1 and player 2 circle cut to low post.

Player 3 can pass to post cutter or to the high post, if the pass goes to high post then player 5 and player 3 set picks at the blocks to allow players 1 and 2 to get open at mid block level.

Players 5 and 3 set blocks for players 1 and 2.

Player 4 can hit either guard with a pass for a quick mid range shot or an open player on the block.
