This drill is a combination of:
X1, X2 and X3 do slide steps in a circle under the basket.
Coach got the ball outside.
O1, O2 and O3 are waiting outside for the pass.
X1 - X3 "dance" two circles before coach passes the ball.
Coach passes to one of the players outside.
X1, X2 and X3 sprint to closeout to the nearest player.
Defenders one pass away are in denial position.
Defenders two passes away rotate as quick as possible into the help side.
Then you play 3 on 3
After the defense gets the ball, doesn't matter how, they run a 3 on 0 fast break to the other end.
They got 5 seconds to execute at the other end, otherwise they have to do rope skipping for example.
Offense becomes defense and the next 3 are the new offense.
