Box and seal

#1 and #4 are low blocks #1 ball side
#5 and #3 are at the elbows #5 ball side
#1 set screen for #5
#4 seals the defense from getting outside lane
#3 goes to corner opposite ball to receive pass
#2 goes to center of foul line

The play is set up for #3 to get a 3 point shot from the corner. If that is not available the ball #4 should be open for a shot at the low block.
